For over 15 years, Jinal has helped people and business’ get better perspectives on their challenges and offered solutions utilizing a combination of research, analytics, consulting, applied commercial experience. His core strength lies in deep understanding of diverse Indian geography, critical success factors required for entering, scaling and planning sustainable growth of businesses.
Recently, Jinal successfully started & scaled-up India operations for an American company with a complete P&L responsibility. From identifying and training the team to gaining significant brand visibility, fine-tuning existing product-line and developing new products/services suiting India clients were delivered. Selling premium priced product in highly competitive market was carefully done by understanding need-gaps, identifying the niche customer base and retaining the value proposition of Brand. Through his hands-on experience, he was also instrumental in improvising process and decrease turnaround time.
He is a graduate in Polymer Engineering and has earned his Master’s degree in MS International Business & Emerging Markets from University of Edinburgh, Scotland, UK.
